Sure, but fake classes are a whole different thing. Admission committees reward students who take difficult classes, the grade is less important than the difficulty.

I’m someone who grades student assignments at a pretty highly-ranked uniiversity.

You asserted that minorities get grades less harshly than white students. I have first-hand experience to the contrary.
That’s not to say that it’s impossible but just a reminder that affirmative action is about admission, not grades.
