Show me anywhere in that FISA memo concerning the audit where the NSA says or indicates it uncovered a plot. You won't because you can't because you're lying.
frick you arse wipe...the Memo contains proof that the FBI Director of Counterintelligence gave illegal unfettered access to Fusion GPS. That's how this began to unravel, when the NSA uncovered the plot.
Loser fricking Liberal

Sounds like Page had real contempt for Lynch.

Dems love unqualified minorities, they can be told to do anything.

There was never anything there to prosecute.
You really don't understand how classified material is supposed to be handled and why.
It's one thing to say the FBI and the DOJ chose not to prosecute. It's quite another to say there was nothing to prosecute.
In his own press conference, Comey laid out several things for which Hillary could have been prosecuted and stated that anyone else would likely face prosecution for the very same crimes. His out was that he said he couldn't prove intent, which is not necessary for prosecution under the crminal code.
Again, the FBI chose not to recommend prosecution, even though others are already rotting in jail for doing far less.

but in true prog filth doublespeak, she never said she would accept a recommendation "to" indict her
they all need life in prison, and regular hard core gen pop prison, not the white color resorts that the rich and well connected get to go to with swimming pools and tennis courts

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.
quote:
With respect to the thousands of e-mails we found that were not among those produced to State, agencies have concluded that three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received, one at the Secret level and two at the Confidential level.
quote:
Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.
quote:
For example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation.
quote:
None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Government—or even with a commercial service like Gmail.
quote:
Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.
quote:
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

This is 100% accurate. Do their brain turn to mush when they start listening to the liberal talking points?

I hope he does come back.
At some point, perhaps, the overwhelming quantity of facts will get him to question what he hears in the DU echo-chamber.
I honestly don't care about party affiliation when it comes to the rule of law. If you break the law, face the consequences.
There is a reason that Lady Justice has a blindfold on - or at least she used to. The rule of law needs to be restored in DC. If Trump's administration can do nothing else, if it can get that done then we will be on our way back as a nation.
Without that, the swamp will only get deeper and those in it will only get stronger.

Can you even read?
Let me remind you of what you ACTUALLY SAID:
Nowhere in anything you posted shows that Comey said other persons would have been prosecuted for the same thing. Administrative sanctions are not prosecutions.
Admit that you lied.

Time to start shooting these traitors...
Looks like we may have to, it does;t look like the FBI is capable of doing their job any longer due to corruption at the highest level of the bureau. I never thought I would see corruption this out in the open in our government. I am amazed that this is America.
