This is a good example of how the American Left have infiltrated and taken over the Judicial Branch, and, how the Left funds itself off of the backs of the American Taxpayer. The Deep State is very deep indeed.

It is the manner in which they are compensated for their left leaning rulings... No way in hell it should be legal and if this judge was really interested in following the law, he would have recused himself from this case... Absolute conflict of interest...
