I don’t see how she could, barring some sort of major happening over the weekend in HER favor. It would have to be something BIG over the weekend or first thing Monday morning, and sky screaming on CNN and MSNBC won’t cut it,

It appears the GOP actually put their foot down and were successful for once. Maybe it’s the dawning of a new era?

I'm still waiting for another accuser to come forward with some vague allegation from decades ago that is most certainly another lie.

Well, many on this board don’t care and with good reason. However, it just provides more propaganda photo ops for the Democrats to milk in the mid-term elections.

Good. R’s could give her a day a week or a month and the same Dem whiners will be voicing the same complaints about the evil old white men bullying and denying due process. Rs will never look good or do the right thing according to the vocal usual suspect Dems. May as well just take the vote.

“Delay, delay, delay,” said Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), as the Senate Judiciary Committee website listed a 10 am Monday “Executive Business Meeting,” where Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination was the first on the list.

What am I missing? The link to Monday's agenda is right here and it sure looks like it's on for Monday.

Am I just reading things wrong?

Because that is a scheduling calendar that can’t change... give us a break.

Sure, I’d she stalls again or is empty yeh, we vote. But the 10pm deadline was not a hard chip.

Lol, so you want him to tweet out that sorry we going ahead on Monday with business as usual? That gives Saturday and Sunday for the corrupt MSM to run stories about how the GOP not going to let Ford testify. The business agenda is on the schedule for Monday.

LINK

Regardless of deadlines Ford will have till Wednesday like the GOP offered to testify. Regardless of what she does Kavanaugh will be on the bench for October 1.

New deadline is for 2:30 today (Sat) and if its not met it is my understanding that the vote is still scheduled for Monday.

All he did was give them another 16 hours to counter his counter offer, not delay the vote as of now.
