The current score for the OP is 16 to 246

Basically, this board is like LSU playing division 3 school in terms of intellect.

Are you referring to the early hours of November 8, 2016? Or just before the Mueller report was released perhaps??

yes.. take a step back. Forget the people involved.

Listen linda..

There was a phone call that a bunch of people were actually on it. 1st hand knowledge. Of those people that we know heard and was on the call all said nothing happened and to back that up.. you know that corroborate word... they released the transcript.

thats the truth and thats the facts.

a whistleblower.. who now seems to not even be important to them and other witnessess that DID NOT EVEN HEAR THE CALL are saying he said she said with ZERO proof to corroborate and we want to impeach the president cause of that.

think about that.

"Did you hear the call?"

"No, Mr. Schiff, but I talked to someone who overheard someone else talking about what they heard someone heard Trump talking about. And it was bad. Really, really bad."

"Good enough for me, we must impeach."

LOL - you are an LSU fan. If there was a game where Alabama beat LSU, and there were dubious calls made that helped Alabama win that you dispute, and all the Alabama fans came and told you, "no, those calls were correct - it was all legit - nothing to see here" - you wouldn't accept that for a skinny second. Because they are all Alabama fans....

All of the people who were in on the call are essentially those Alabama fans. But in this case, they are all LSU fans, so of course YOU see nothing wrong with it.

But the actual fact is, that several of those "people" who were in on the call - are NOT Trump fans. They - who actually DO have 1st hand knowledge of the call - are NOT ALL saying "nothing happened".

Because if they actually said that, then there'd be NO whistleblower, because there'd be nothing to blow the whistle about....

One of the hardest things to swallow is realizing that what you confidently know is in fact untrue. That day will unfortunately have to come for you.

You do realize that this whistle blower doesn't have a first hand account, admitted by the democrats protecting him, and the FBI secretly changed the whistle blower qualifications immediately before this person came into the picture, right?

I realize that this whistleblower claims to have some first hand knowledge, and that the ICIG reviewed and confirmed that. I know that there is no credible evidence that the Democrats have admitted to anyone that the whistleblower has no first hand knowledge when the whistleblower has stated that he/she DOES in fact have it.

I also know that the FBI did openly change the whistleblower qualification on the application form that the whistleblower used to submit his/her complaint. I know that this is because the actual Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA) of 1998 has no such requirement at all in it for any whistleblower having first hand knowledge of what he/she is blowing the whistle about, to begin with. The application form is not the law. The ICWPA is.

And yet, despite that fact, this particular whistleblower does in fact have some first hand knowledge, just the same.

Do YOU know any of this? Sure doesn't seem so, does it??

Well that is all a lie.

"credible evidence"

The democrats have "credible evidence" of nothing. The a-hole "whistleblower" has to remain anonymous because his name would make this sham obvious.

Once the real investigation starts bearing fruit these democrats should be prosecuted for obstruction of justice. That is precisely what this is.

Who do you want to investigate? The IG of intel is a Trump appointee. Isn't he the one who made the call to take the complaint seriously?

I am sure Durham has a handle on it. After that comes out it will be obvious.

The IG was the one who said the "whistleblower" did not say anything about talking to Schiff. I wonder why that was, especially since that is a spelled out requirement on the form.

All the shite the democrats did in 2016 originated in Ukraine. That is why they are doing this shite so they can impede the investigation of it, which is especially galling since they wasting 2+ years investigating a fraud. Where the frick did their concern about "foreign influence" go? "Foreign influence" was priority 1 for 2 plus years so it stands to reason that impeding an investigation into it would be a very serious matter.

It's not an impeachment hearing it's a Circus Side Show run by a bug-eyed clown. As far as I'm concerned all the Democrats and Republicans who are a part of this Farce are guilty of treason and Sedition and I am all for the Rosenberg method of punishment for traitors. Our MSM is corrupt....You been in a coma?

The ONLY way that you can say what you said above, would be because you have actual first-hand knowledge of the Whistleblower Complaint, as well as first-hand knowledge whether it is true or not. I laugh heartily at this fool's notion.

quote:

I was not a direct witness to most of the events described. However, I found my colleagues’ accounts of these events to be credible because, in almost all cases, multiple officials recounted fact patterns that were consistent with one another. In addition, a variety of information consistent with these private accounts has been reported publicly.

This is from the official Whistleblower's Complaint. Most does not equal ALL. The whistleblower has to remain anonymous because that is the law. There are persons involved in this investigation who fully knows the whistleblower's identity. It is irrelevant that the public idiots like you knows who it is.

The House Intelligence Committees - who contain Repubs as well as Dems - are performing an Inquiry that is supported by the US Constitution. Therefore, by the definition of the word, what they are doing is in fact, Justice.....

I just find it interesting that you guys go with the muh democrat argument every time, even when it's pretty clear that Trump's own appointees are pushing things through.

Same thing with those Guiliani associates. They're being prosecuted by Berman with the blessing of Barr.

I mean, think.
