Remember, Turning Point is a public non-profit, so all their revenue, expenses, and donations are publicly filed. They actually finished that year about $1 million in the red. Kirk apparently pays himself $200-300k or so per year. That's his prerogative since it's his non-profit and it all comes from private donations.
