The next segment is why windmills do work in cold weather. I watch the WC to see some of the lady weather talent. Tejas power grid bad, wind power good. And add natural gas bad too

They work, I suppose, if they're not seized up with ice like the ones here were. 2,400 acres of them about 30 miles from here - not a one turned all week during the freeze.

Lmfao not on 2400 acres there aren’t. Maybe on 24,000 acres. There’s not a wind farm in Tx that has 1:24 ratio. Not even fricking close.

Okay. Maybe it's more acerage. Looks like about that to me, but I've counted more than 60. So, whatever. Kind of beside the point I was making.

The weather channel and al gore are responsible for lowering temperatures.

They should pay for crop damage.

Windmills can be winterized, just like natural gas pipelines and power plant water lines, etc can be winterized too. The problem wasn't wind power or natural gas power, or any specific form of power. The problem was that none of the power infrastructure was winterized for a once per century freeze event and there was no way to tap into the rest of the country's power grid.

Close but no cigar. Natural gas had problems yes but it stepped up bigly.

This is not a once per century freeze. Read here to find out why: LINK

These freezes will happen every 10-12 years for the next 50-100 years. Get used to them. Plan and prepare.

The Weather Channel has some creative ways to show the political leanings for sure.

Well, it’s a good thing that we’ve only got 9 years left till the Earth explodes. Glad we won’t have to deal with another freeze like that before we are incinerated by global warming.
