LaCombe is an idiot. The House should stay in its lane? It doesn't have the authority to tell the Governor what to do?
The Governor literally only has these emergency powers because the Legislature gave them to him. And guess what? They also reserved the power to take them away. This is exactly the lane you should be in.

So if it's a separate issue why are they going down that road? They'll vote against Miguez's "whatever" and Seabaugh's petition could pass (they said he has the votes)

Can you differentiate between symptomatic cases & asymptomatic cases
Where can we get published info regarding how many people are showing up with symptoms
