Roy just laid out a ton of people that Jack Smith had no reason to believe that they had committed a crime or were part of what they were trying to pin on Trump. Yet they pulled their phone records, travel records and bank records. Some of the people were Trumps lawyers that were filing lawsuits. He even had Jack admit that they had no reason to believe they had done anything.

What I have learned since Comey allowed Hilldawg to walk after destroying subpoenaed evidence and for having a home-brew Email server with government classified information contained on said email server is the DC Uniparty and the Bureaucratic State Skunks have setup a legal system that allows them to tightrope walk right on the edge of outright illegality, where the ol "no intent and "plausible deniability" saves their asses, every damn time.
