just reading this reactions I now know why people hate lawyers. If you cannot follow your own damn rules and just dismiss the case, then you should not be a judge. This is what it looks like when the criminal justice system is used to prosecute political opponents, the law does not matter. The only thing that matters is to get the person at all cost, rules be damned.

WE ALREADY KNOW THAT FLYNN'S STATEMENT DID NOT INTERVENE IN THE INVESTIGATION. They already had the call transcript and flynn investigation was not active!!! it was to be closed until 7 floor got involved.

They have many pages already submitted by the govt. that admits they set Flynn up.
It is time to pardon Flynn. This is BS. When the media/dems scream when Trump appoints him to replace Espers. Trump can say too bad so sad GFY.

If this was one of the Innocence Project’s old convictions being overturned or dismissed, it would’ve taken ten minutes and Flynn and his legal team would be celebrated by the media for their efforts to right a wrong and continuing the fight for justice.

Flynn needs to just call a presser and lay out everything he knows. When Sullivan hits him with the contempt charge for violating the gag order, Trump pardons him on that. Then there’s no further need to drag this out, but if they do, Trump just issues a second pardon. Checkmate.
