Good Lord, you are clearly bright enough to understand that the proposition is NOT that NO Blacks can obtain a government ID, but rather that a larger percentage of Blacks than Whites lack the opportunity to do so.
Good Lord, you are clearly full of shite. The point isn't they do all of them, it's that damn near everyone does some of them. Cigs and alcohol is all you need to list.

Those on the margins of society
Here's a recent experience I had with someone on the margins of society.
A person of beautiful color ran a red light at 60mph in residential neighborhood and did 20K of damage to the front of my truck. Had I not hit my brakes he would have t-boned me and severely injured or killed me.
When he got out he started to blame it on me, but one of the many witnesses including a cop who saw the whole thing prevented him from doing so. I live in both Houston (where the accident happened) and Louisiana and have a La. drivers license. The cop gave me the ninth degree about not having a Tx. drivers license. The other colorful party had no drivers license or insurance and could provide no substantial ID. When all was said and done, they gave the guy a ticket with ID info he provided verbally and let him drive off in his severely damaged vehicle to his next accident location. I asked the cop how they could let him drive off like that and she flat out told me she "didn't want the trouble."
This is the kind of thing you and your kind are perpetrating on America. "We won't hold you accountable, individual on the margins, just remember who to vote for!"
AggieHank86, I think you are one of the most disingenuous posters on the rant. You do what you do and you know exactly why you do it.

Can you provide specific statistics and legitimate sources to back this claim?
How many potential minority voters do not have ID’s? What legitimate survey or study shows this?
Educate the masses!!!!

That same constitution required land ownership to vote, yet we are saying possession of an ID is too difficult

In any case, that post simply outlined the Dem contention ... not whether it was substantively accurate.

Many states and cities offer free or very low cost Government ID cards, less than a pint of Hennessy.

Yet what if they don’t want an ID but still want to vote?
Every citizen has a right to vote, but there's some damn responsibility that comes with it. And the citizens also have a right to know that the people voting are legit. If you don't care enough to obtain identification to confirm you are a citizen, then you obviously don't give a shite anyways.

Less likely to have does not translate to unable to get. Again why do you have such low expectations for minorities.
Voting is a sacred right, it should be worth a nominal effort to do. On great grandma that was born in a sod house thus has no birth certificate: I will give her a pass. The rest can get some form of photo ID.

These should be set up at every polling location.

So no you can’t provide anything of substance to back this talking point

Then we just keep it electronically. Every time they want to vote, problem solved - their photo ID is already on file.
As an alternative, we could take biometric data for every voter to ensure one person, one vote. No photo ID required.

No one lacks the opportunity to get an ID or DL.
Are you seriously suggesting there is absolutely no chance a decent percentage of black folks are incapable of finding a way to the DMV in their lifetime?

quote:oh so now we are going with blacks are all criminals so they can’t get an ID. The left really thinks black folks are too stupid and can’t function in society
As just an example, a large percentage of these folks DID have an ID, but it is no longer VALID due to suspicion for failure to pay citations, fines, etcetera. A Wisconsin study put this figure at 17%. They just cannot put together the hundreds or thousands of dollars to resolve the suspension, and that suspended ID is usually not valid for the purposes at issue.
