Something about that guy who the whole neighborhood knows has been in a mental facility and exhibits no signs of having gotten "better" walking down my street, with all the kids playing out in the open, exercising his open carry rights with 00 buck shot filled 12 gauge just doesnt sit well with me.

IMO this is a least partly in response the times when mass shooters had previous exhibited erratic behavior that had not been addressed.

I would say that for every POTENTIAL crime you stop, you'll probably have 1000 misuses by family members.........and that's probably being VERY charitable.
I'd venture to say it will be used by a minimum of 25% of estranged wive's laywers
