Maybe, we don't know if he has access to info that we don't however, or what he based his accusation on. Have to wait until the investigation I guess since trump won't share it.
It nothing comes out of the investigation I agree it was reckless since he really didn't know anything, its not reckless if it's true and he's not revealing his source. it's only speculation whether he does or doesn't know at this point.
What is reckless is all the Russian acccusations against an incoming and now sitting President without any proof. Obama didn't come out directly and accuse him by my knowledge, but he is involved on some level, we'll see how much.
