Tuned back in to catch the final 10 minutes of this charade, but I wish I hadn't. This corrupt and unethical bullshite is infuriating.
PS - If Fat Boy drops dead of a heart attack tonight, I will start a celebratory thread. Nadler is such a clown and despicable excuse for a human being.
PS 2 - Why can't U.S. Congressmen ask their own questions? Are the Democrats too stupid to even do that?

Yes.

This is amazing. Most worthless shite I’ve ever seen.

Wasn’t able to watch, sounds like Lewandowski owned the Dems though. Seeing a lot of frustration on twitter from blue check marks.

The lawyer is a renowned trial lawyer who took leave from his NY practice to be on retainer

Please note: Barry H. Berke is currently on a leave of absence from the firm while he serves as a consultant to the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Barry H. Berke is a nationally renowned trial lawyer who is routinely recognized as one of the leading trial lawyers and white collar criminal defense lawyers in the country. He represents officers, directors, professionals and corporations in sensitive and high-profile trials, investigations and other proceedings. Barry has handled major matters on behalf of his clients involving all aspects of white collar crime, including allegations of securities fraud, accounting and bank fraud, RICO and FCPA violations, tax offenses, bribery, bid rigging, and embezzlement. Barry also represents prominent corporations, directors and officers in class action and other complex commercial litigation.

Well Steve Cohen asked some questions and proved beyond doubt they are too stupid to realize they are too stupid to ask their own questions.
figures Memphis would elect the biggest piece of shite to Congress

I am sure a LawfareBlogger lawyer is their little secret get orange man organization-that any could be a member of; but they pulled out the big dog in the lawyer I saw. How many other "staff" lawyers questioned Corey?

quote:Yes, but mostly because all of the dem committees --especially the judicial-- has had lawyers on retainer for probably a year. So they want to use them in their faux impeachment trial.

This is so sad and sick. If a real impeachment needs to happen after Trump; the dems have destroyed the sacred process--- and no one will believe them or take them seriously.

Lawfare is a good site and I highly recommend it to people here.

Well, committee members got their usual 5 minutes. Then Nadler brought this guy (who needs to update his 10 year old photo on his firm's website) to ask for 30 minutes. The minority also had 30, and Collins wanted himself to represent the minority as he is staff per ole Jerry's definition, but the chairman wasn't having any of it for usual reasons. So they recessed where I guess the minority decided it wasn't needed.

It's a very good national security/legal blog.
You could learn some things.

Minority should have walked out well before this. Left on Rep to ask all questions.

Lewandowski's response to every question should have been "eat shite."

I am just getting a chance to watch the replay. I'm trying to watch without bias.
35 minutes in and Nadler looks and sounds impotent. Collins is schooling him on procedure and House rules.
