Levin has been a really interesting show this evening, conservative has been redefined.

Mark took a call from some dude in NY and he told Mark he was a conservative but he wanted Mark’s opinion. The caller proceeds to tell Mark he’s pro choice, pro LGBT marriage and Mark cuts him off and says you’re not truly conservative but you may be fiscally conservative but Mark said he didn’t have time to get into a deep discussion because he was up against a hard break.
Mark goes to break and now I’m thinking....the country has gone so far left the folks who would have been center left Democrats pre Trump are now identifying as conservatives.
So I guess today you’re a conservative if you don’t want to dismantle the constitution and destroy the country. Lol!

Some clown in another thread said he was a 'right-leaning independent', then said he voted for Clinton, Gore, Kerry, and Obama twice.

I’m the same as this guy. I now consider myself conservative too and I always considered myself an independent until the Obama years began. My wife actually laughed when she found out I’m a registered independent. I think the difference is that today’s political climate is so ostracized that you have to pick a side. Team Trump for me.

Had Trump run as the Dem nominee against Jeb!, Cruz, Rubio, etc., is he still elected President?
I think there's no way he gets the Dem nomination in 2016 anyway, but it's an interesting what-if scenario.
