The hiring process is different at every company. Bias happens all the time. People aren't perfect. It can also go the other way. It's even more bias with women. If two women are both qualified, the more attractive one might get the job. Or the business owner might be a jealous woman who wants to hire the homely candidate.

People will stop listening to their favorite music because of political views. It's absurd. Sometimes you have to realize, people grow up in different situations. They have different upbringings. They wear a different pair of shoes. Freedom of opinion is what makes this country great.

The grooming of children is an extreme faction of the liberal party that is not supported by the majority. The media on both sides is keeping that shite alive.
