1. Norfolk VA property records show a single $109,600 mortgage from OVM Financial (August 2020), yet this mortgage never appeared on your NY state financial disclosures 2020-2023. Why was this mortgage omitted?
2. The OVM Financial mortgage was coded as a 'second home' loan, but you've consistently reported this property as an 'investment' on state disclosures. Did you inform OVM Financial that you intended to use this as an investment property?
3. Your 2023 disclosure suddenly lists two new mortgages (Freedom Mortgage: $150,000-$250,000 and National Mortgage: $100,000-$150,000). Our title search shows no record of these mortgages. Can you provide documentation for these loans?
4. The Virginia property's total reported mortgages of up to $400,000 far exceed your stated property value of $100,000-$150,000. How did you obtain mortgages potentially worth more than twice the property's value?
5. In 2020, you reported $1,000-$5,000 income from this property. In 2023, despite allegedly carrying up to $400,000 in mortgage debt, you reported zero income. What explains this change in the property's income generation?
