I mean, you can quibble over it if you want, but I won't be playing along. The historicity of Jesus is only questioned by fools. From where I sit, the primary accounts of Paul are more than enough to establish it. Having someone who personally knew multiple associates of his is as near-contemporaneous as you're going to get for events that happened 2,000 years ago among a group of goat herders in the desert. Especially when you start looking at all of the others that came along shortly after writing about him. The gospels, Josephus, Tacitus, and Pliny.
But good luck with it.

There's literally zero contemporary attestation. Jesus was only written about decades later.
Are you going to embarrass yourself again about this?

I don’t get where people come and try and deny even Jesus’s existence. Many other massive religions recognize him, he’s more written about than many leaders if not all at that time by more independent historians at the time and people went on to spread his gospel and died in horrible ways doing so, which is at least an indication it’s not a lie

I mean, technically he is right. In the strictest sense there are no existing contemporaneous accounts of Jesus. But there are several near-contemporaneous accounts and Jesus' historicity isn't really in question academically.
It is surprising that Grok is so adamant about it considering this. But also cool. I'm happy to see this from Grok for sure.

I know I am biased through faith but Christianity is pretty locked downs imo of all religions as the one that AI would say has best chance of being real. Not surprised Grok says it tbh

What I mean by surprising here is that it's surprising Grok would say that there are contemporaneous accounts of Jesus and base it's reasoning on that, because technically that isn't accurate. I don't disagree with your sentiments, only that it's surprising to see Grok say specifically what it said.

Which version of Christianity?

I was most sad to see Anubis go. I don't know about you guys, but I like my Gods to be normal-ish looking humans anthropomorphized with dogs. Not scary at all.

No, there were active historians actively writing about happenings in thst region at the time.
Also we're speaking about supernatural claims. If thos flies so many other supernatural accounts do.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

I'll let you in on a secret. Deity and god (lowercase) are not completely synonymous. Outside of a religious framework, god (lowercase) can be anything, including metaphors and concepts. Inside of a religious framework, god (lowercase) can be any deity.
Grok inferred too much abt the posed question. I wish AI would prompt for additional info before making definitive responses.
I recognize that I'm being a bit anal, but I expect more from "super intelligence."
