How late can Phil Scott call a special election to happen, to save his career and not appoint a rep. senator? Leave the seat empty till the special election. IN the mean time the GOP will enjoy a 50-49 split.

I am hopeful its a long suffering losing battle with an unknown decease. Not enough to end a life mind you, but a decease that makes your body parts just rot away slowly. Whereby you need to have them amputated until all that's left is a torso, neck and head.
