You should probably read the lawsuit then, the relief they're seeking is about a senate candidate, not Kamala. The headline is just a sensationalist headline meant to drum up views by scaring morons.

I glanced through the corrected petition.
They ARE "praying" for a recount of both Presidential and Senatorial votes cast, regardless of how and when submitted, inclusive of early, same day, military, absentee, provisional AND "other votes", whatever the "other" votes may entail.
So, whilst this action was started on behalf of the third party candidate, it does include a recounting of presidential votes.

They're looking for a recount of about 300k voters, Trying to shift the popular vote isn't even within the realm of possibilities there. This is just Diane Sare's vanity project. She's both the senate candidate and petitioner invovled here

page 5 of 7, under prayer for relief, is inclusive of presidential vote recount.

This is, I'm sure, but one of many suits... add them up and you may very well get an MPV shift.
Were it simply and singly about Sare, counting presidential votes would be unnecessary.
President and Senate were surely not the only offices on these ballots.

I'm pretty sure it's against the law for republicans to challenge results.
But, yeah, I'm with you... would not be surprised in the slightest if Trump votes were undercounted. In fact, I'd be surprised if they *weren't*.

Just in California alone-if they did a legit election-- most definitely Trump would gain in the popular vote.
There was a legit petition to recall Newsom, and when it came to the vote the dems surely harvested enough votes to protect their only hope. Pelosi's family relation via in-laws...
Imagine protecting a Governor that allowed Cally to burn and riot---- and he cleared the homeless off the streets and gave the Chinese Communist Party XI, the red carpet and proudly flew the communist Chinese flag...
