she made the statement on Hannity that another seat should be open in the next 3-4 months
Kennedy retiring?
Kennedy retiring?

Clarence Thomas wants to retire.

RBG kicking the bucket maybe...

2 or more over the next 3 years, IMO.

I do believe Kennedy will retire sometime in Trump's first few years so he can be replaced by a Republican

Question: if RBG's seat opens up is it typical for the president to fill the seat with a more moderate justice? How has this been handled in the past?

I want to flip another seat, not just replace one.

If I had to guess and since it's Ingraham making the prediction I would say Clarence Thomas is the likely retiree.

Trump needs 3 to secure the court. I can see at least 2 this term. If he gets reelected then at least one more anday probably two.

I've read he's wanted this for quite sometime so it wouldn't surprise me. Your not going to see a significant change in the construction of the Court unless Kennedy retires/dies or Breyer/RBG dies.

Obama appointed only extreme left wing ideologues, one completely unqualified hermaphrodite

Kennedy probably will retire sometime in DJT's first years and RBG could be dead at any moment

Not denying this. Kennedy would be big because he's the swing. The other two would obviously be big. Think about how many decisions would be different if Kennedy was a bit more conservative. He just tends to be pretty socially liberal and conservative in other areas. Personally, I don't have a problem with socially liberal stances from a legal stand point. I have a problem with socially liberal people wanting to force other to assimilate to their ideology. True social liberty is the ability to think and decide for yourself what it is you believe. Abortion is the only issue where this is blurred.

RBG will never retire they will freeze her like Ted Williams, then hook up Stephen Hawkings wheelchair to her brain and she will rule forever.

I think that's already happen but they keep wheeling her out for photo ops.

Trump has a great chance to stack the court in conservatives favor should he win reelection in 4 years
