Where's Putin? How The Kremlin Hides His Location With Three Nearly Identical Offices.

Putin had clones of his offices built and is hiding in the Valdai forests, surrounded by 14 air defense systems, according to journalists from the investigative project Systema, RFE/RL's Russian investigative unit, who analyzed thousands of official video recordings from recent years.
To conceal Putin’s true whereabouts, at least three identical offices were built for him in different residences.
The researchers found that the offices are nearly indistinguishable, but small details give them away - the shape of the door handles, decorative elements on the walls, the type of stationery, and subtle differences in the interior finish.
Information about the construction of these rooms was also found in government procurement documents and data from Kremlin pool reporters. Mentions of clone offices had appeared earlier, but until now they were based only on reports from anonymous sources.
According to the investigation, Putin has at least three nearly identical offices - in Novo-Ogaryovo, in Valdai, and in Sochi. All are decorated in the same beige color scheme and furnished with similar minimalist wooden furniture. The design is intentionally austere: light-colored walls, simple decor, and nothing superfluous. Pentagon analysts have previously noted that Putin prefers to work in an unchanging, stable environment - "something often linked to his need for control and a sense of security."
The Kremlin website falsifies the locations of these rooms. For example, on March 28, 2018, Putin held a meeting with government members on the tragedy at Kemerovo’s Winter Cherry mall. The Kremlin’s website claimed the event took place in Novo-Ogaryovo, but journalists established that officials were in fact transferred to the Valdai residence - where an exact replica of the Moscow-region office had been built. This was just one of several cases when the Kremlin disguised Putin's true whereabouts.
Such "clone offices" solved security concerns after the start of the war against Ukraine, amid regular drone attacks. Since early 2025, Putin has almost stopped using his Novo-Ogaryovo office and rarely appears in Sochi. Out of 30 public appearances in the "beige office" between January and September 2025, 29 were recorded in the Valdai clone. That site is the most heavily protected - surrounded by 14 air-defense systems, including 13 Pantsir complexes, according to Russian media reports.

Russia’s eastward movement has slowed, but they are still moving. Poktovsk is still likely to fall sooner than later.

Key Takeaways
The rate of Russian advances in the Pokrovsk direction remains relatively slow, likely in part because the Russian military command continues to pursue grinding offensive operations throughout the theater.
Russian forces will very likely seize Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad, but will likely take more time and suffer more casualties to do so than if the Russian military command focused more resources from elsewhere on the front in this direction.
Russian forces are taking advantage of foggy weather conditions that degrade Ukrainian drone operations to intensify offensive operations in the Hulyaipole direction and other areas of eastern Ukraine.
A months-long battlefield air interdiction (BAI) campaign likely facilitated recent Russian advances in the Velykomykhailivka and Hulyaipole directions.
Ukrainian forces continued their long-range strike campaign against Russian oil infrastructure on the night of November 10 to 11.
Ukrainian forces recently advanced near Siversk. Russian forces recently advanced near Pokrovsk and Hulyaipole.

Yet zero comment regarding DOCUMENTED 600 Evangelical churches being closed in occupied territories, and leaders being killed or imprisoned.

Even Russia's top TV figure is ashamed of their robot. It's obviously made to imitate the typical glopnik male.

According to Bloomberg, there are 1 billion barrels of oil currently stuck in the world’s oceans.
This is the largest volume in recent years, and the agency reports that the growth is due to sanctions on Russian, Venezuelan, and Iranian oil.
The largest share of this volume is Russian oil: Moscow has increased exports under OPEC agreements, triggered by Ukraine’s continuous air strikes on its refineries.
Oil-laden tankers have been anchored for weeks, and due to international sanctions receiving countries are refusing to offload them at ports.
Just on Russian tankers alone, nearly 500 million barrels are currently stranded.
With a rough average of two million barrels per Very Large Crude Carriers, that would be 250 VLCC's loaded at anchor. But we know that most shadow fleet tankers are much smaller. This data suggests an average cargo of shadow fleet tankers of less than 850,000 barrels. So that's approximately 600 tankers.
Are the owners eating the time rates / demurrage of approximately $70,000 per day on these delays? I doubt it. How long before cargos are claimed against unpaid charter agreements? I know this is the mafia and a universe away from Worldscale, but someone is getting gored here. Just breaks your heart.

China sharply increased oil purchases from Saudi Arabia to replace Russian supplies.
In November, China significantly reduced imports of Russian crude, substituting it with oil from Saudi Arabia, Reuters reported, citing tanker-tracking data from Kpler.
According to Kpler estimates, China is importing 926,000 barrels per day from Russia this month - 36% less than in October, when deliveries reached 1.45 million barrels per day. Almost the same amount - around 500,000 barrels per day - has been added to imports from Saudi Arabia: 1.78 million barrels per day compared to 1.2 million a month earlier.
India, by contrast, imported more Russian oil in November than in October - 2.26 million barrels per day versus 1.70 million. However, Russian oil flows to India may collapse in December: five of the country’s largest refineries - Reliance Industries, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals, and HPCL-Mittal Energy - have paused orders for Russian oil intended for December arrival. Together, these five companies account for about 65% of India's Russian oil imports.
According to Russian media outlets, citing industry sources, due to falling demand, discounts on Russian oil in Baltic and Black Sea ports have almost doubled in recent weeks - now reaching $19.4 per barrel, compared to $13-14 at the start of November, while before sanctions against Rosneft and Lukoil they averaged around $11 per barrel.

And right on cue, Putin to go begging.
As Modi has a complete allergy to making decisions, he will agree to everything Putin asks and then once the plane has taken off, will do none of it.

If Time Charter, ship owners are not paying anything extra but still paying wages and living expenses. Notice of arrival is when the clock start ticking before demurrage

Ukrainian forces strike key Russian targets overnight
13.11.2025 14:00
The Ukrainian Defense Forces used domestically developed weapons – Flamingo, Bars, and Liutyi – to hit a number of important Russian targets in the early hours of November 13.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
As part of efforts to reduce the military, economic, and offensive potential of Russian invaders, Ukrainian units struck several dozen targets in Russia and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine overnight.
In temporarily occupied Crimea, the strikes hit the Sea Oil Terminal storage facility, a helicopter parking area, drone storage and preparation sites at Kirovske airfield, and a radar of the air defense system near Yevpatoria.
In the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, the strikes targeted an oil depot near Berdiansk and forward command posts of the 5th Combined Arms Army and the 127th Motor Rifle Division of Russia.
Targets were also struck on Russian territory, with damage assessments still being clarified.

Ukraine is set to receive a €6 billion tranche from the EU today, according to Budget Committee Chair Roksolana Pidlasa. The package includes €4.1B under ERA loans and €1.9B via the Ukraine Facility.
This support secures current defense and humanitarian spending. Talks on the larger €140B reparations loan continue, pending a political decision by the European Council.

Romania calls out Moldovan church as Russian Patriarchate’s election interference tool.
quote:
Moldova's largest Orthodox church—which remains under Moscow's authority—has stripped 11 priests of their powers after they switched to Romanian church jurisdiction in 2020 and weaponize a religious battle that mirrors Ukraine's struggle for ecclesiastical independence from Russia.
quote:
Romania's Bessarabian Metropolis fired back at the priest expulsions, declaring that the "Moldovan Orthodox Church" name itself misleads believers.
The Romanian church says the organization is simply "a local church structure of the Moscow Patriarchate" masquerading as Moldova's national church.
Before that, he Synod of the Orthodox Church of Moldova has stripped 11 more priests of their holy orders, after they transferred from the Archdiocese of Moldova to the Archdiocese of Bessarabia.
quote:
The Romanian church also accused some Moldovan church hierarchs of "direct and aggressive" interference in Moldova's electoral processes.
"After the direct and aggressive involvement of some hierarchs and clergy of the Moscow Patriarchate in the country's electoral and political processes—actions publicly condemned by civil society, the press, competent authorities, and also by the Bessarabian Metropolis—today's statement 'firmly condemns' the Church's involvement in politics," stated Besarabian Metropoly in Chi?inau.
