The threat was serious. The president and his family had to be shuttled into a bunker.

Remember how when Trump was sent into the bunker the entire media made fun of him for it and still do. Now compare that to how they covered AOC at the capitol

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, there were ZERO live rounds fired at protesters/rioters during the entirety of the summer and fall of 2020. Not while LEOs were being assaulted nationwide. Not while Federal buildings were being set on fire nightly in Portland.
The only live round fired at protesters/rioters was one fired at an unarmed Trump supporter who was not a direct threat to anyone when fired upon.
And yet, the left will talk about the double standard here because of how gingerly the Capitol group were treated...

Yep. I remember the mocking. Media called those violent motherfrickers who were screaming for the murder of our president and his family... 'peaceful protesters'.

Because randomly firing live ammunition into the crowd is unacceptable. That's why no gov agency did it last year during any of those 300+ violent riots.
Armed extremists literally annexed a piece of Seattle's land, and set up their own territory. No government agency fired a shot into that crowd. Gov agencies just sat back and watched as countless women were raped.. as several people were shot, as some people were murdered, in that extremist territory.
Apparently , as long as you preach leftist ideology... you can do the most vile shite imaginable, and the local and federal governments will give you a free pass.
On Jan 6th.. our government actually used live ammunition to randomly fire into a crowd. It's deemed acceptable...if you kill nonleftist riots.. if you fire into a group of nonleftists.
My question is.. are any of the assholes who threatened to kill the president, while they besieged the white house, in jail? Were any of them held for months without being charged? Were they forced into isolation and tortured?

Jan 6th rioters should've been arrested for rioting. They should be charged. If they were caught violently attacking someone, their charges should reflect that as well. But, the bullshite of indefinitely holding them in limbo, while torturing them..is bullshite.
