Federal dollars have federal strings attached. Only a handful of schools, like Hillsdale College, don’t have to worry about this.
Nil has opened pandora's box for the feds to get involved. If it were just transfer portal, then no the feds have no say, but combine it nil and cfb essentially has dropped the "student" in "student-athlete".
I don't care for people who don't follow or know jack about CFB having the say to make the law, but something is needed to be done.

Again, Article II will not admit of such on the part of the president unless there is some clause therein which I have overlooked. The Constitution grants no such authority.

I have heard him speak. Like probably all members of Congress, they have little to no understanding of the Constitution to say nothing of the fact that as a legal document, it fails for vagueness. He apes B.I.G. in his speeches. One could easily be House Minority leader with an IQ of 85. Look at SCOTUS jurist Jackson who claims that, because she is not a biologist, she cannot define what constitutes a woman. These are part of the low IQ losers pushed forward into positions of "leadership" by the current affirmative action/DEI rubbish. AOC and Ilhan Omar are also exemplary of low IQ losers. Ilhan Omar has nothing in common with the founding principles of this country or the people who created it (for better or worse) i.e. Europeans. This country has nothing to do with Islam and its founding principles are anathema to muslim tenets. She has currency only because malign powers have gushed tens of thousands of Somali muslims into MN. And to what good purpose?
Hearing Jeffries speak about law and the Constitution, as with all representatives with whom I am familiar makes clear their ignorance and limited mental capacity.
