Los Angeles County is banning door-to-door trick or treating this Halloween in order to maintain proper social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic, its health department announced.

The department in its Halloween guidance this week also announced a ban on gatherings or parties with non-household members and haunted house attractions, carnivals, festivals and live entertainment. “Trunk or treating,” which involves kids going from car-to-car in a parking lot instead of door-to-door, is also not allowed. Well, what if I organize a protest that involves kids going from car to car and being pelted with candy?

When you are free to loot, why make the effort to go door to door?

This made me chuckle.

Probably the image of kids getting pelted with candy!

Would it be ok with the county if the kids dressed up and rioted?

Further setting the stage for Trump to position himself as the "open everything up" candidate!

Like looting, ballot harvesting is safe.

Trick-or-Treating won't be happening in most places.
