Amazing that the protestors were all armed and couldn’t touch Kyle yet he killed 2 and injured 1.

Kid should join the Marines imo. Excellent work considering he isn’t even trained for a live fire situation where he is outnumbered and outgunned

Judge Jeanine Pirro who serves as a legal analyst for FOX News Channel addressed the lack of ballistics information and a rush to arrest Rittenhouse. She suggested another shooter for Rosenbaum with the head wound by Rittenhouse being non fatal.

She also said the prosecutor has real problems with this case and it's the job of the prosecutor to not prosecute an innocent person.
Forensics is going to CRUSH this case. Unless Joseph Rosenbaum did a 180 degree pirouette and was shot in the back, Kyle Rittenhouse did not fire the fatal shot. That could have been determined within a matter of days when the autopsy was completed.

The DA should be charged with prosecutorial misconduct as a minimum.

yeah, this video was widely circulated after the shooting...

Don't know how this is "new" footage.

Some of the DAs need to be sued.

Just like Omaha DA that unleashed hell on Jake Gardner (owner of Hive bar) that made up charges in a case of self defense. Mr. Gardner later killed himself.

The cucked coward actually allowed a special prosecutor with a 'grand jury' to deliver an indictment. The prosecutor is Frederick Franklin and yes, his career can be defined as another so called affirmative action "success" story.

The DA threw the book at Rittenhouse for daring to defend himself with no charges on the survivor that had an illegal weapon and aimed it at Rittenhouse (causing Rittenhouse to fire on him). I hope Rittenhouse's team can get that fricktard permanently disbarred.

HOW DARE THAT CORRUPT POS DA LOCK UP A SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD BOY WHO WAS ONLY TRYING TO DEFEND HIMSELF PER HIS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!!!!!

(mama bear rant off)

I have not watched this video today, but it seemed fairly clear from Day One that someone else fired a shot, and that it was PROBABLY the guy in the gray camo pants and ski cap and that he fired it from out beside the street.

The slowed down footage with the details of the events typed out on the screen as it unfolded - it definitely shows Rittenhouse had no intent to go in and kill, but rather defended himself. Also, he could have shot the guy that threw his hands up in the air after attacking him but didn't.

The DA must dismiss all charges, and Rittenhouse should sue CNN and every news outlet for libel and slander minimum.

The judge is corrupt in this case too. Bail was set at $2 million.
Nonsense. Bail is always initially set high in a homicide case. Rittenhouse's attorneys will move to reduce the bail (because he is HARDLY a flight risk), and it will be reduced by AT LEAST half. I suspect something in the range of $250,000 or less is much more likely.

Rittenhouse is a true hero and what he did was a great service to our republic. We need more of it. Much more
Rittenhouse is a good kid, and he does not deserve this nonsense.

This event of shooting in self defense is somewhat similar to what happened in Albuquerque back before the summer. In that event, the defendant, Steven Baca, was attempting to prevent a mob from defacing a monument in front of the Museum of Albuquerque. Baca was armed with a concealed handgun. During the most heated moments, he apparently "assaulted" some harpies that tried to block him from getting in front of the mob in an attempt to protect the monument.
He retreated once the mob focused their attention on him. Some of them were shouting "We're going to fricking kill you!" During the retreat, Baca was repeatedly hit by members of the mob until he was tackled and one of them, 39 year old Scott Williams, struck Baca with a skateboard. Yes, a skateboard. At that point, Baca pulled his gun and fired on Williams striking Williams in the torso.
Baca was charged for the shooting, with the most serious charge being aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Williams did not die. Anyway, that charge, which was the most serious, was later dropped with much chagrin by the angry, leftist DA. LINK /

I'm glad it's finally out there.

This video with the first gunshot has been out since the night of the shooting.

It's pretty clear what happened when you look at all the evidence.

None of the narrative being weaved about him is true.
