You know the ADA will try to go in dry. He’s got to walk a fine line but cross will be very interesting

Says he did not purchase the body armor, it was given to him by the police.

Just tuned in. What is this kid doing on the stand?

Can't believe they called him to testify. Particularly given how poorly things have been going for the prosecution to this point. Things can only go downhill.
He's composed so far. But he's coached and prepared. He knows what questions he's going to be asked and not having to defend himself. When it comes to cross exam, there's a huge risk in having a barely 18 year old getting flustered by prosecutors and his demeanor changes.

The media has already completely ignored the defense and the mistakes of the DAs...why do you think anything will change?
NOTHING will change the media narrative to try and destroy Kyle.
You still have the majority of this country that think Kyle brought his rifle from Illinois.
what more of a trial by fire could he possibly endure?
he comes out of this and the media will have a very hard time destroying him without also taking down the prosecution as idiots if they can't trip him up.

It almost bit my team in a jury trial in Texas.
We had the plaintiff in a case against the State of Texas. We did the usual stuff without getting a jury consultant - get women and minorities ("conventional" wisdom) on the jury.
Direct quote from one of the "Republican" blue collar oilfield workers who agreed to talk to us afterwards, "The women were KILLING y'all. We had to explain to them the lady has to pay her medical bills, your fees and so forth and isn't going to pocket all this money."

We were all shocked when they called him. I guess he wants to tell his story

Probably about to cost the Indians a lot of money

Not anymore.
Everyone who isn't watching this live will see it on all platforms.

Props to young Kyle for doing this

super risky. kyle seems like a 'damn the torpedos' kind of guy.

This is genius. No matter what, what he says today will always be part of official public record and efforts to destroy him will always be met with what he is saying today.

Not the hero we deserve, but hallelujah!

Don't get me wrong, Kyle has gigantic iron balls for doing this.
It's just not worth the risk. The DAs are going to throw everything they have at him to destroy his credibility and character in the eyes of the jury.

Kyle is cool as the other side of the pillow! The ADA will not be able to rattle Kyle! For f*cks sake the kid was attacked by three grown men and he kept his composure.
As long as Kyle doesn’t say “I shot them for no reason” he should be found not guilty. If he is still convicted that tells me the jury was going to convict him regardless of testifying or not.
