Grosskunt already proved Rittenhouse acted in self-defense against him and Huber. The journalist who was following Kyle proved Rosenbaum attacked Kyle, shouted frick you, and tried to grab his gun.

It appears to me that the Defense Attorneys know they can get a directed verdict but they don't want to go there until they can prove the malicious prosecution claims in the civil case for Kyle and I think the Judge knows that's what they are doing as well. No financial incentive to kill this now by the defense attorneys.

they can't legally ask for Wisconsin's version of a directed verdict until the prosecution rests

There are two different drone footages. The FBI's and this one. I don't think they've said where this one came from. This one was also shown yesterday.

Best video Ive seen yet. Still doesnt change anything. He acted in self defense and from what I saw that bag he thew went further than i initially thought.
