What the frick? Is the implication here that unintentionally pointing his weapon at someone engaged in an armed self-defense is okay?

Even if it is OK, is such a lack of discipline in firearm handling smart to admit?

Kyle thought he was going to be fired upon.

Lefty either prepping to fire or “accidentally” pointing the gun matters little from Kyle’s perspective.

witness' civil lawyer had to have gotten ahold of the ADA and the witness during lunch break and tore all of them a new one during lunch break
