Was also favorable that prosecution tried to negotiate a reduced charge.

I am a little blurry on the instruction involving Mcginnis.

This case has hung jury written all over it.

The jurors will have googled the case at the very least and know which side their political team is on.

Someone won’t budge.

Basically, if Kyle was using self defense against Rosenbaum, he cannot be found guilty for the offense against McGinnis

5 of the jurors (or potential jurors... whatever) have worn masks the entire trial

Thats just old people

My mom is MAGA, but works in surgery. At 65 years old, she just doesn't wanna get sick. She wears one inside busy retail stores, restuarants, etc.

masks arent necessarily a gauge of wokeness in old people.

The provocation instruction can be essentially neutralized in the defense's closing argument.

That.

And by using common sense and reviewing the footage of the incident.

Judging by the outcome of the night, if Kyle Rittenhouse went there with the intent so provoke commies, there’d be many more dead commies.

Poor Kyle didn’t sleep a wink last night and maybe all weekend. He needs to hide view from jurors when he yawns

Is the judge going to read all 37 pages of jury instructions?

Judge looks like a minuteman egg white delights kind of guy. I bet they are a dessert option at his Thanksgiving meal.
