Certainly shouldn't based on the evidence, but I wish I shared your optimism. Juries are generally unpredictable. In this case, all bets are off.

Richards missed a bit to hammer in that Grosskreutz bit. When Grosskreutz backs off with his hands up, you can see Kyle lower his weapon.
Really wish he would have highlighted that. Kyle points his weapon, the threat in Grosskreutz backs off and you see Kyle lower his weapon...when he does this Grosskreutz moves in with his own gun.

I also wish he would have hit on that blow to the head a bit more. He takes two hits to the head and within 5-10 seconds he falls to the ground.

Richards missed a lot of opportunities to hammer self-defense points but he seemed to ramble or harp on insignificant aspects of the case. Very disappointed in his closing.
