To keep objecting makes their case look weak.

He also keeps being shot down because he can "bring it up in his closing" even though he has legitimate objectives.

Still don't know why the defense didn't claim that the ziminski shot caused or added to the fear of death or bodily harm. When I first learned of all this days after it happened I assumed it did. Running away and hear a shot go off would make someone fear for their life.

How do the Ziminskis have nothing to do with the case? Binger is saying he provoked his being attacked by aiming a gun at Ziminski.
because the prosecution knew better than to put him on the stand.

it would have gone poorly for them. they didnt even bother to take his pistol.

I agree, hopefully they tie it together in their closing.

I don’t know if this was addressed specifically but it was definitely alluded to during Kyle’s testimony of events that night.

This is just my screen grab of a YouTube video and playing with the contrast. Look at the position of Ziminski and Rittenhouse. In particular pay attention to Ziminski’s left arm. His back is turned to Kyle as he continues down the street. The fire extinguisher is also on the ground. So if they’ve come face to face, the extinguisher has been dropped and Ziminski has turned his back Kyle has to be headed in the opposite direction as per testimony. Notice also who is absent in the image. Rosenbaum has not come into frame because he is still making his way around the front of the Duramax where they would ultimately meet. Only then does Kyle again change directions. There is simply no way Rosenbaum was in any position to see the encounter between Kyle and Ziminski because even after both parties go in opposite directions he is still behind the truck.

He's taking something that happened in half of a second and breaking it down as if it was 1-2 minutes.SMH.

"Can't claim self defense against an unarmed man."

lolz Not how it works. Amazed that the law allows him to make bald faced lies like that.

Anyone that saw that nutjob Rosenbaum in action would say he was capable of killing someone.

Objecting during a close is a no-no. They will get their chance.

Wait until defense closing. It's just frustrating hearing all these lies. Closing is always rough because how much latitude they have and often strategy to not object.
