My only assumption is that at any given time there are at least one thousand individuals within a 2 mile radius of Kushner that are more qualified than he is to be performing his current duties.

I know I'm not smarter than everyone else. But I do believe that I am smart enough to know that Kushner's primary qualification is that he married the president's daughter. There is absolutely zero chance that this dude would be doing anything remotely important otherwise.
