Surprised to see Victoria Spartz on this list.

Hence the open house meeting. Make it known, and easily available for the general public. If he's shouted down by the majority of the crowd that shows (and it's well attended), it shows he needs to change his vote. If it's just a few who holler, then it's the vocal minority.

Mostly the aggrieved show up to those meetings. You'd get nothing out of it. You can't micromanage representatives because they'll only hear the voices of people who are unhappy. Elections matter.

Otherwise, we're going to see the Executive Branch make the call to send troops "in support", without Congressional oversight.

Yea, that's been happening forever now. Congress is too scummy and weak to take real stances that may affect their livelihood. They've divested half their power to the Executive, which is treacherous. Congress should be the most powerful branch.

Tone deaf

His constituents are asking him to vote a certain way on their behalf and he chooses to ignore who sent him there.

So now your constituents calling you is harassment?

Of course, any death threats should be immediately reported.

But threatening your political life is not the same dang thing as threatening your life. This is the same whiny crap that the Democrats do. I guess clowns like Buck will be calling us deplorables next.

And while we are on the subject these clowns need to stop acting like their military service absolves them from political critique. I can be thankful and respectful of what you did in the military, while calling you a horrible politician. See John McCain.

I am betting he has received many non threatening calls to vote a certain way and he refuses to act on behalf of his constituents. Threats usually occur when civility is ignored. I don't agree with threats at all, but it appears voters are tired of not being heard.

Agreed. Eyepatch McNoname did that for me. Unfortunately gave me great pause when looking at John James as well.

You mean like agreeing to a repulsive speaker in McCarthy in exchange for modest concessions that honestly should be the norm anyway?

You should listen to the impassioned speech Jim Jordan made on behalf of McCarthy during the expulsion vote. It was beautiful. Boy did he believe in repulsive Speaker McCarthy.

What an arrogant prospective.

Just maybe the aggrieved care and the rest don’t.

Which is exactly how it should be. You work for the people, a-hole, not the other way around. You do what THE PEOPLE tell you to. It is public service not private enrichment.

Buck trying to play the victim here is hilarious.

Goes to show you how entitled they think they are.

For too long they have been able to get by with their scummy ways and no one really knew.

Like him or not…Gaetz exposed these government leaches.

Was Jordan amongst the group that negotiated the concessions that McCarthy threw in the trash can almost immediately as confirmation of his repulsive nature?

Funny he is getting bombarded with calls from his constituents who are unhappy with how he voted. I thought he was elected to represent THEIR will in Congress not DC's.

@Roger

They've turned on you quickly, lol. You're 99% on their side, but par for the course, MAGA demands absolutely fealty.

Bright side is, say Marxist 3x and you're back in the mix.

When someone states that a "representative" should vote the way he feels instead of voting for the people he represents you will be turned on with a swiftness. We may agree on 99% of issues but this 1% is a rather important one.

$50 to your donut he ain’t received a single death threat. This wreaks of UniParty media propaganda in order to justify their agenda.

Of course the rest don't care. They're happy and fat. Give in to the aggrieved and you'll create another fat and happy camp to be replaced by the newly aggrieved.

That's just how it works. Why do you think turnout for the opposing party always increases after enduring the ruling party?
