It would be interesting to know how long this option has been sitting on his desk. Signing it the day before the judge is coming down with his decision doesn't seem like Kemp is doing something great.

He got the final bill for his signature on March 5th

Thanks. What I was wondering. 9-10 days is short period but this something that should have been signed when it hit his desk if he really really wanted to do it.
