Yeah I don’t get it.
Kash hurt feelings, now those with hurt feelings latch onto anything anti-Kash like a life preserver. Even if it’s an anti American life preserver.
Really shows the power of being offended

I never dreamed that in my 45 years on earth I would see Americans openly cheering for Iran against the US but here we are.

If you see what Jack Smith did to Kash Patel as far as wire tapping his phones, text messages, online activity,
They subpoenaed his phone records along with the other things you listed,
but they did not wiretap his phones. Also, if Iran did hack into his communications, they may have national security/FBI info, which would be much worse than his personal communications.

Filthy democrats would - and have - bow down to the devil if only they could destroy any prominent conservative - or even embarrass them - or even pump up 'likes' amongst their coven.
I am embarrassed to admit the degree of hatred I have in my heart and soul for this embarrassing stain on America.
To hell with the entire bunch - there are no 'honest' adherents to this cult outside the confines of a maniacally dedicated coven.
I hate them with an unhealthy vengeance.

Hacking is not the flex you think it is, especially a personal email.
Welcome to the 21st century where getting hacked is just part of life. All our IT security pretty much sucks.

One can simultaneously hate Iran's horribly repressive regime and also think Kash Patel is the one of the dumbest people ever to grace the halls of the FBI.

This is why I hate them with such vengeance.
I no longer give a shite about them and/or their after-life condition - let 'em thrash in the lower echelons of hell as far as I am concerned.
I am pissed that my 3 great-grandsons have to try and achieve adulthood with their integrity and honor and health in acceptable condition.
As it stands now, they may be one of the next victims who happen to be 'in the wrong place at the wrong time' ====== GAWD I HATE THESE BASTARDS!!!!

From GROK:
Jack Smith's special counsel team obtained Kash Patel's phone and subscriber records via grand jury subpoenas to Verizon (Patel's carrier)
Patel was a private citizen and Trump associate at the time; he was not indicted in these matters. The subpoenas included nondisclosure/gag orders, so Patel was not notified until the records were later released by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley in March 2026.
What records were subpoenaed (exact scope from the grand jury subpoenas):
Phone call records: Incoming/outgoing call numbers, dates/times, durations, and session times.
Text message records: Sent/received numbers/dates
IP addresses associated with the accounts.
Online usernames/screen names.
Addresses: Residential, mailing, email, business, and service addresses.
Billing/payment and subscriber information: Credit card numbers and bank account details
Subscriber/account details tied to the phone service.
Time period covered: Approximately two years, spanning roughly October 2020 through February 2023 (specific subpoena windows: one from Oct. 1, 2020–Feb. 22, 2023; the other from Jan. 1, 2021–Nov. 23
Patel has described it as "outrageous and deeply alarming."These details come from the subpoenas and nondisclosure orders released publicly in March 2026 and reported across outlets. No other forms of surveillance on Patel (e.g., physical, email content, or social media) have been publicly tied to Jack Smith's team in these documents.
