Not sure but some are of the belief that Kash has all the evidence against Diddy on hand that otherwise would not have seen the light of day.
His attorney(s) know that hence they’d be fighting an unwinnable case. Which is why they bailed.
Not sure I personally subscribe to that but it’s a theory.

The thought is deals have been made and people protected.
At least previously my frustration with all of it is nothing ever happens. Nothing is ever exposed and the truth remains hidden.
With Kash the thought is, no deals, no protections, all truth.
If that’s the case, then it’s not a good time to be on a list or in a video.

The lawyer was 1 of 6 representing Diddy and not the lead counsel.
