Wouldn’t Dr Fauci’s “medical recommendations“ for mandatory shutdowns, wearing masks, etc. be the opposite of promoting or standing for human rights?

Good for them.
I disagree with the way Kaepernick has chosen to live his life; but that’s his perceived victim status that he has to work out himself.
Me, personally... I couldn’t disrespect the flag and my country the way he has chosen to do so.
We walk different walks.
And Dr. F ... the guy isn’t perfect, but he’s had a distinguished career of exploring the field of immunology.
I can totally respect that.
It’s tough to blame him for the petty arguments of politicians.
The only award I need is to be the girl God made me to be.
And I’m always workin’ on that.

Nah.
Their motives are their own.
I’m not interested.
If some Kennedy group wants to give them each an award, have at it.
I’d personally have gone with a first responder, a community volunteer, and/or an animal rescuer.

Agree to disagree. In my view:
-Kaepernick brought politics into a sport I love.
-Fauci helped bring politics into a hospital career I used to love.
I turn my back on them and anyone that celebrates what they have done.
