That and at least some celeb isn't scared (or in this case, is probably just crazy enough) to not toe the lefty/entertainer party line. Regardless of Ye's personal druthers, which are dubious at best (he's a loon), scads of minority fans of his are watching this play out. Words like that can resonate on a micro level.
Juxtaposed with the Shania Twain thing, it's pretty fascinating.

This is one of the funniest, most amazing things I’ve seen in years. Don Jr is an even better shitposter than his father, and this may be his best effort yet. These people just know how to use marketing and social media, the libs are terrified now that their monopoly in those areas has been broken.
And I echo what another poster said, this could be an inflection point. Kanye once called GWB a war criminal on live tv, he certainly can’t be called a partisan hack. And this is the response he gets for independent thought.

Love me some Shania, but she's not dragon energy. Kanye won't back down or apologize and that's honestly what terrifies the Left because it WILL wake up some people if they start to think for themselves. They want their minorities stuck on the Democratic plantation, and Kanye is going to underground red pill railroad more than a few.
