Is that chick the annoying host of the MTV reunion shows?
If so, they belong together and have a lot in common.
-Both suck at their jobs.
-Both are racist idiots that are apparently not aware of
their own race.
-Both are whiny arse biyatches who seek attention from their
liberal peers.

Perhaps he should audition for a part in the recasting of the Mod Squad instead of pursuing this played out NFL gig.

I heard earlier in the year he was offered a one year deal by a team and turned it down. Demanding a multi year deal.
Let’s also not forget he opted out of his contract with San Fran with a year left and several million dollars on the table.

He was getting cut by SF if he opted in, it was a question of when he hit the market and how much guaranteed money he lost by opting out.
OTOH, demanding a multi year deal proves he is a dumbass. A one year “prove it” deal where he either steps up to win or does a good job as the backup QB (auxiliary coach, kick holder, etc) gets him a new contract somewhere else.
A multi year contract out of the gate lowers the number of teams willing to even talk with him because they want the ability to cut him if he becomes a headache.

Yeah because quarterbacks that suck just roll out of bed and make it to back-to-back NFC championship games, a Super Bowl, and throw 72 touchdowns with only 30 interceptions.
Not many guys can go into Lambeau Field in the postseason two years in a row and win, this guy did.
I understand you guys have to pretend like y'all hate the NFL, but the kid was good.

The thing i don’t get it with this guy and his gf is the complete lack of awareness of his place in the NFL and his status in it.
All we have ever heard has been how teams and Head Coaches don’t like distractions from the team. Sometimes they will put up with distractions if the player is of exceptional talent and or importance. We see that all of the time with Diva behavior when it comes to superstar wideouts- see Owens, Beckham, Dez to name a few.
Kaepernick is simply a run of the mill QB who’s baggage outweighs his talent level- according to the team’s. They are not willing to look past the baggage and distraction that comes with signing him.
It’s didfermet for a guy like Eric Reid. Eric Reid is a safety. He’s very good. But again he’s a safety and not the face of a franchise like a QB is for an NFL franchise. Reid can kind of blend in and you forget he’s there.
You don’t want so much drama when it comes to the face of your franchise.

I 100% get that nobody will ever sign him-but its not for lack of talent. Its the same reason nobody would sign Tebow. Too much circus and distraction. Both absolutely proved that they could get the job done.
Kap was very good in 2013-2014 under Harbaugh. Harbaugh leaves, Kap regresses.

Tells me something about his work ethic. He doesn’t want to have to earn a spot.

To put this all in perspective about "how good" he was:
2011: 68th in passsing (played 3 games)
2012: 34th in passing (played 13 games)
2013: 21st in passing (played 16 games)
2014: 16th in passing (played 16 games)
2015: 34th in passing (played 9 games)
2016: 29th in passing (played 12 games)
He wasn't even a top 10 QB during his good years

It’s like that in any real world line of work.
If you’re exceptional at your job, an employer will tolerate a certain amount of baggage. But if you’re adequate or even merely good at what you do and there are indications you’re going to be a headache, most employers don’t want to bother with that and will just pass on you in favor of someone who’s as good but less trouble.

The quarterbacks that finished first second and third in passing didn't even make the playoffs, Kaepernick made it to the Superbowl.
fricking Matthew Stafford led the league in passing that year and was on a 4-12 team.
Quit playing that fantasy football shite.

What you cite is impressive, but his last couple of years were not productive. His numbers looked better than the results on the field because he settled for checkdowns routinely, even when the 49ers desperately needed to have first down. There’s a reason he lost his job to Blaine freakin’ Gabbert, and it wasn’t political.
