No, Obama knew just what he was getting with her. A left-wing activist judge with an anti-American racist mindset.

In other words, a female Hispanic version of Obama.

Francisco: "I really like Apples. Apples taste really good."
Sotomayor: "WHY DO YOU HATE ORANGES??"

Good fricking God, don't you just love emotional outbursts from what are supposed to be the most prudent jurists in the world?

So it 20 years, when it turns out this law, if upheld or passed, actually does disproportionally impact Hispanics, what will you say? Or is apart of the grift to act like the laws will be evenly applied, only deep down knowing exactly how it will harm some communities. Play dumb while everyone knows you aint dumb but just grifting?

Explain how asking a citizenship question would effect them in anyway.

It would say that the Census in 2020 indeed indicated that there were a shite ton of Hispanics here illegally.

It shouldn't but lets not act like the right is actually setting up massive voter registration campaigns to get more brown folks to vote. Or like pretty benign policies like this have been weaponized before in the past to disproportionally hinder the voting prospects of various groups..

We should want more participation in our civic systems, not less. The GOP initiative since the 60s to suppress votes or make it more difficult to vote.

It should not be difficult to vote.

.

Why is illegal Hispanics what you think of first? Youre telling on yourself and confirming to us what WE all know this bill is really about. You know there are alot of legal residents in this country, just not Mexican nationals, but nationals from all over the country.

Which we would then use that data to target people and round them up. I thought we were against more surveillance. Lets not act like that data couldn't or wouldn't be used to target folks

Because dumbass, why would Hispanics that are CITIZENS could give two fricks about a question that doens't concern them.

That's like on the gun purchase app, I could give two fricks about the question about whether I'm a convicted felon, because I'm not a convicted felon.

in the US today, what ethnicity is the most populous in terms of undocumented persons?

why wouldn't a discussion dealing with illegal immigrants start with mental references to that population?

yeah sure ok but that's irrelevant

any action on immigration will disproportionately affect lations because they are, by far, the largest migrating ethnic group

why wouldn't they feel the effects disproportionately?

Bc right wing politics have been littered with disingenuous and dishonest defenses and arguments, fueled by dubious objective stats to push social and cultural agendas that are alarming at best.
