You’re literally supporting your own demise by allowing this. I’m a fricking huge 2nd Amendment supporter, I carry a pistol everywhere, but there are certain people who do not deserve that right.
Not everyone can be trusted to own firearms and are a danger to the public.

Haven’t seen one post saying that in this thread. You and others are ignoring that under current procedures it’s already infringing on 2a in the name of mental health. If a transgender is purchasing firearms they are breaking the law.

The only way I can see this passing Constitutional muster is to pin the ban to being on certain drugs, like SSRIs, which have listed side effects like violent mood swings, suicidal thoughts, etc.
A lot of trannies are on such meds, or have been prescribed them.
