....with regards to mental acumen, stamina, etc. Hell, the Energizer Bunny couldn't keep up with this 80 year-old man. He just proved it again tonight with a strong 45-minute speech which ended just before 9 PM his time.

I think our president should be highly intelligent and at the peak of their cognitive abilities. Trump doesn't check both of those boxes even if he hasn't declined as much as Biden did. No serious person would disagree with those statements.
