It's both potential MAD as well as underwhelming, IMHO. That's why it's always left int he shadows, b/c it's more powerful as a concept to use against whomever you want to implicate (as they can't defend themselves due to the actual information not being out in the open).

You think they wouldnt have used that documented case against Trump in the intervening time span? When there was no prosecution to be had? If there was ever any evidence?
