Why worry about losing billions of dollars when you can have the government come bail you out?

My opinion is that the AI data center concern stem from the wall street investment groups looking to make quick money on a new technology. These groups start a REIT to take investors money, then they offer "financing" to bottom barrel groups to buy cheap land and start construction.
As long as the REIT can show movement they can pull in investors. The founders of the REIT are in this to skim their take of the REIT and when projects go bankrupt they walk away with their riches while the investors are left holding the bag.
It's these shady groups looking to make a quick fortune before the new industry settles down that are fueling the hysteria fires.
