Judicial Watch: University Releases Details on Kirk Murder Scene

So apparently after local police told the university that they could just spray the area down with water the FBI stepped in and issued an emergency order to excavate the area and literally pave over it.
Judicial Watch
The people getting all angry about folks questioning all of this are creating a Streissand Effect around it.

CHARLIE KIRK CRIME SCENE BREAKING
Judicial Watch's GRAMA request on the paved-over Charlie Kirk crime scene has been revealed.
On late evening, Friday September 12, at nearly 8 pm, two days after Charlie was killed, UVU groundskeepers were told by local police that they wouldn't need to cut out any sod. The groundskeepers were happy at this news and discussed only needing to hose the area down.
But one of them then remarked that they couldn't do it yet because the FBI was still processing the crime scene.
That was late Friday night.
By Saturday afternoon the next day, the FBI & Governor Spencer Cox has overruled the local police and ordered not only the sod to be torn up, but the ground to be excavated to 10 inches deep!
That led to the now infamous "paver emergency" on Sunday morning, where another separate crew was brought in to pave over the crime scene after the first crew dug it up the day before.
Remember, all this happened AFTER the FBI finished examining the crime scene on Friday night, and after the local police had indicated a simple hosing down would be enough.
WHAT DID THE FBI FIND? WHY DID THEY ISSUE AN EMERGENCY ORDER TO DIG IT OUT AND PAVE IT OVER?

Can you not think of a very simple, very logical explanation of why the area was repaved?
Posted on 7/11/26 at 10:16 am to moneyg
The area was not repaved. It was paved. And I'm not making any claims here. This is new information pertaining to the case and I'm bringing it for discussion. I still haven't paid much attention to this case. But I did find this to be interesting.

What could have been buried in the ground at that location? Obviously something was going on, but what and what was the relevance?

I used to work for a place that had a guy die on their premises. The FBI didn't tell them how to clean it up. Hell, not even the local PD told them. They just sorta left it up to them to deal with. It's interesting to me that the FBI would make a decision that the area needs to be paved over. And frickin excavated to a depth of 10 inches. That is strange to me.
Even stranger to me is the simplistic thought processes of people who don't like people questioning weird shite like this.

Can you point me to the portion of the Judicial Watch statement that delineates what the headline says?

I'm not sure what you're asking for. The university released details on the Kirk murder scene, just as the headline says. Can you not read the article?
If you're asking for the order from the Governor and the FBI, that won't be found in the release. That comes from the guy doing the work. His testimony is as follows:
We're not talking to anybody. We're not saying anything to the media... This is above our pay grade... the governor and the FBI said they want this done by Monday
That can be found in this video:

So what we appear to have here is the local police told the groundskeepers that they can water the area down. They begin doing this. And then someone gives an order to instead excavate the area and pave it over. An order that is not admitted to by anyone and who at least one worker is saying came from the governor and the FBI.

I guess I'm missing something. Why was there need to spray the area down? Or to remove grass?
Posted on 7/11/26 at 11:08 am to NC_Tigah
Beats me. Although, I can understand why they would want to water the area down. Apparently there was a lot of blood. But the decision to excavate and pave it over is a head scratcher to me.

It is indeed bizarre. I haven't paid much attention to this conspiracy theory either. And I wouldn't even call this a conspiracy theory, per se. It's legitimate strangeness surrounding a high profile political assassination.
What we have here is word from the groundskeepers themselves saying that the cops gave them the go ahead to water the area down once the FBI leave the scene. And the next thing you know there is an order to instead excavate the entire area, pave it over, and keep quiet about it. An order nobody admits to making. But the work was obviously done and the workers involved are saying they'll keep their mouths shut about it.
That isn't a conspiracy theory. That is legitimate strangeness.

The headline is written to make it look like judicial watch uncovered the direct communication from the FBI. That is not the case.

What are you complaining about here exactly? I'm sorry that you apparently don't like this information here, but there is nothing inaccurate about it.

A guy says it was the FBI.
That’s your story.

I'm still not sure what your complaint is. It sounds like maybe you should have a cry about it or something. Everything stated is backed up. Not only that, but it took you like 3 separate posts to even figure out what your frickin complaint was.
Posted on 7/11/26 at 11:26 am to the808bass
Go find something else to bitch about.
Posted on 7/11/26 at 11:27 am to BoarEd
Why would anyone ever consider this noteworthy information?
