Ok, fair enough.

“They” meant judges.

You’re right.

Wouldn’t sexual assault still be a crime?

It’s already very easy to sneak into a bathroom and this isn't that big an issue currently.

And again, is it right to deny privileges to a whole class of people because a very small percentage might abuse those privileges?

A Democrat judge encouraging pedos to pedo?

I'm so shocked.

Next you will tell me a ton of Democrats support terrorists too

Yeah I’m fine with it.

Most people just want to use the bathroom. It is a very small percentage who are going to rape other people in a public bathroom.

And they don’t really care enough about the rape laws to care about the laws around bathroom usage.

I don't understand how this is an issue. You have a penis, off to the men's room you go. You have a vagina, off to the women's room you go. frick your feelings.

Seems simple to me. If you can’t handle using your designated restroom, find a single user, locked door bathroom. Otherwise no one is really safe using a public restroom. I can see how it is more threatening to women than men.

This is where we differ. Two classes of people.

Penis=male
Vagina=female

Use restrooms accordingly.

So you would prefer your wife and daughter go to the bathroom with a person who looks like a man, acts like a man, talks like a mans has a beard because that person also has a vagina?

How does that person get to use the women’s bathroom without it being an issue?

Are we gonna check private’s at the door?

What’s stopping rapists now?

Theyre willing to commit one of the most heinous crimes known to man, why is it a bathroom sign stopping them?

Yes, but lets be honest here. It isn't really about the bathroom. It is about making it a show and making people conform to their make believe rights. Otherwise they would be happy with unisex bathrooms.

It’s not really about rape either.

It’s about people not being comfortable around trans people even those that are minding their own business.

I thought that was fairly clear by saying Scalia warned us about it. It would be weird for Scalia to warn us about legislatures making laws; that's what they're supposed to do.

No, it's about social and moral norms (that have been around ever since we had the luxury of gender-specific bathrooms) and who gets to decide what those norms are. It shouldn't be one politician wearing a robe.

Except the ones that absolutely do.

Unless I’m underestimating how closely you look in a bathroom.

Nothing, but at least the custom of separate restrooms provided some restrictions on entry by the other gender. Now, someone with bad intentions has a open invitation. I for one don’t want to go to the bathroom with even the possibility of a male, regardless of dress, in the stall next to me.
