he is actually a good guy and very smart and many times he is right and he did say he thought the judge was wrong
but he has been kind of a douche on this one
and many times people downvote him or get mad simply because he doesnt bow down or takes the constitutional approach

That is what I figured (although I am not anywhere near educated enough to confidently make a statement on the matter). This just tracks with my minor understanding.
