The order restricts Trump’s ability to publicly target court personnel, potential witnesses, or the special counsel and his staff. The order did not impose restrictions on disparaging comments about Washington, DC, – where the jury will take place – or certain comments about the Justice Department at large, both of which the government requested.

No judge in America is going to allow a criminal defendant in their court continue to make disparaging public comments about court staff or anyone involved in that case.

Didn't know the prosecution and the left were out on bond. I learn something new every day.

Getting an indictment is very very easy to do. This lawfare BS is being used to strip Trump of fundamental rights. It is disgusting to watch and anyone justifying any of the actions by the prosecution should be ashamed of themselves.

The prosecutions can easily be argued to have issues, but this sort of ruling is SOP given the facts.

When you're under indictment, by default, you lose some leeway. When you're out on bond, you agree to give up a lot more.

That's wild to me. Innocent until proven guilty.

So Mr. Lawyer, you ACTUALLY gonna suggest that Trump has been treated like "any other litigant" at any point during any one of these tribunals?

or how flippant contrarians mock those that can call it for what it is. Reality. Joe Biden is a tyrant that is trying to jail his pollical rival. A rival that he had to steal the 2020 election from in order to gain power.

Neat.
