So by your standards every judge has to recuse them selves for every court case that is presented,
A judge with a close family member, such as a daughter, who publicly ridicules a defendant appearing before the judge in order to influence public opinion against that defendant must recuse himself. That judge cannot be expected to be fair and impartial.
Thankfully, it is rare for judges to have family members who do what this judge's daughter has done.
